Our Process
Every event is different, but we've nailed down a universal process that helps take the stress out of hiring a DJ.
Consultation
We'll meet at our office in Kennewick over coffee & cookies (or maybe wine & cheese)! We can discuss your wedding plans, how you picture your ``big day``, and what you expect from your DJ. Then we'll discuss how we can help, build a custom package just for you, and get you a final quote!
Book Online!
When you're ready to move forward, you can sign our contract, pay our retainer, and confirm all your event details in our online booking system! Everything is digital, and you'll receive emailed copies of all the paperwork in seconds!
The Planning Process
We have six questionnaires for our couples, ranging from contact details to music selection, and everything in between! You'll receive one per month leading up to 30 days before your wedding. We'll also schedule two planning meetings at our office, where we can review the paperwork you have done so far, and chat about final planning details. It might sound like a lot, but it's an easy process!
The Day of the Wedding
We'll arrive early (typically before noon!) to start getting setup. This allows us plenty of time to get ready before your ceremony, and gives you a chance to talk to our team about any last minute changes or emergencies that might come up. We'll have your ceremony setup and playing music no less than 30 minutes before the start time, and your reception will be playing music as soon as the ceremony is over! We provide one DJ and one emcee, so the entire reception will run seamlessly!

We work hard to customize each of our packages to exactly what our clients need, so we can't give you a ``one-size-fits-all`` price. Instead, here is a good baseline for where our prices start!

Why do you provide one DJ and one emcee?
We hate when there’s an awkward pause in between announcements while the DJ puts down his microphone and hits play. Providing a dedicated emcee enables our team to work together to ensure seamless transitions between every activity all night long.
Do you provide ceremony services also?
We do! Our ceremony setup is entirely separate from our reception setup. As soon as your ceremony is over, our reception kit will be playing your cocktail hour or dinner music without interruption!
What other add-ons do you offer?
We have tons of add-ons, from dancing on a cloud, to venue uplighting, and even custom monograms. We can go over all the options during our consultation!
What if I just want a quote?
Unfortunately, the custom nature of our package offerings require more information than we can ask for on a website. We are unable to provide more detailed quotes without scheduling a consultation.
I live outside of Tri-Cities. Can I still schedule a consultation?
Absolutely! We work with dozens of destination brides every year. Just specify that you’re not local when you schedule our consultation, and our staff will call you when it’s time to meet!
